Heavy-duty stainless carts (36″x60″ footprint) support 100+ lb equipment loads with fold-down shelves, propane tank mounts, and locking casters for street-side stability. Wind screens and hoods vent smoke while maintaining workflow during Mount Pleasant lunch rushes.
