Description

🔥

professional-grade offset smokers that have proven themselves in real commercial environments, this 250 gallon reverse flow stickburner stands in a league of its own. Built in September 2022 by Lonnie Smith Jr., owner of Bubba Grills in Georgia, a 37-time Grand Champion and 24-time Reserve Champion pitmaster, this smoker was crafted by someone who understands exactly what it takes to win competitions and run high-volume BBQ operations.

This unit powered an entire BBQ restaurant while also serving as a portable travel smoker for events, cook-offs, and catering jobs. It is not a backyard novelty—it is a production-level cooker that has handled serious daily volume with reliability and consistency.

🔥 Massive Cooking Capacity

Main chamber capacity includes:

  • Bottom Rack: 60” x 28”

  • Top Rack: 60” x 22”

  • Removable racks for flexible cooking configurations

  • Large enough to cook a whole hog with the top rack removed

Separate rib box includes:

  • Four removable racks at 27” x 22” each

  • Independent cooking space while maintaining consistent temperature

Daily production example from this smoker:

  • 180 lbs pork butt

  • 40–80 one-pound leg quarters

  • 16 racks of ribs

  • 8 racks of rib tips

Do not let the 5×8 trailer size fool you—this reverse flow system is engineered for high-efficiency meat output.

🔥 Reverse Flow Performance & Heat Consistency

All three cooking compartments run at the same temperature thanks to the engineered reverse flow plate system. Heat travels evenly through the chamber before returning across the meat surface, eliminating hot spots and producing uniform results across racks.

The smoker includes a propane quick-start system with braided line running to the firebox, powered by dual propane tanks housed in front storage compartments. After ignition, the unit runs fully on wood—true stickburner performance.

🔥 Built for Commercial and Mobile Use

This smoker is ideal for:

  • BBQ restaurants

  • Catering operations

  • Competition teams

  • Event vendors

  • Whole hog cooks

  • High-volume church or community events

The 30” wide by 8’ long side wood storage compartment allows you to carry ample splits for extended cooks. The trailer is fully road ready with practically new tires, operational lights, valid paperwork, and registration.
